The Resilience Hub

Bring your apples to press! Listen to music, visit with neighbors and enjoy some great local food. All are welcome – free and family-friendly!

This event is co-sponsored by Portland Maine Tool Library and The Resilience Hub. As in past years, the parking lot will be set up with human power apple crushing stations, one or two cider presses, music (possibly two different bands!) and lots of fun.

What to bring:

• A clean, empty jug to bring home some of the mixed apple cider.
• Clean apples that you pick or forage
• Your own mug or cup (to avoid disposables/compostables, etc)
• Surplus from your garden or pantry (pickles, squashes, jams, salsa, dried teas, etc.) that you can swap at the Fall Harvest Swap that will be happening from 10-2
