Guided by the experts

From energy audits to air sealing, solar panels to heat pumps, LED lighting to electric vehicles, and edible landscapes to urban homesteading; we explore the options and show our readers how they’re being implemented in Maine.

The Green & Healthy Maine Home magazine is guided by an advisory board comprised of local professionals with expertise in building performance, renewable energy, energy efficiency, permaculture design, green building materials, green design and more. They share valuable insights that have been incorporated into the editorial for the magazine, including industry trends and local resources. Advisory panel* members include:

  • Bill Bell / Maine Pellet Heating Association
  • Richard Burbank / Evergreen Home Performance
  • Chris Briley / BRIBURN Architects
  • Jen Hatch / ReVision Energy
  • Dan Kolbert / Kolbert Building
  • Steve Konstantino / Maine Performance Building Supply
  • Robin Tannenbaum / PDT Architects

*Please note: while panel members do represent various businesses, their involvement with the Green & Healthy Maine Homes magazine does not imply any favor for their respective business in the editorial content, nor endorsement of the content or advertisers by their respective businesses. They are independent of The SunriseGuide, LLC and act solely in an advisory capacity, helping us to identify and understand industry trends. Our intention is to create a resource for all Mainers that features valuable, in depth content on issues related to healthy & sustainable home environments.
