Earth Day Clean-Up of East End Beach
East End Beach
The Surfrider Foundation is looking for volunteers to help them clean-up the East End Beach in Portland in celebration of Earth Day.
The Surfrider Foundation is organizing an Earth Day Beach Clean Up at the East End Beach in Portland on Saturday, April 20th, alongside enthusiastic volunteers from Take Action Portland, Garbage to Garden, Goggin Energy and Allagash Brewing Company. Free coffee, doughnuts and garbage bags will be provided, but volunteers are encouraged to bring their own work gloves and a travel coffee mug. Goggin Energy will be giving away one free energy audit, which all volunteers can enter to win. Anyone interested in joining the clean-up effort should come at 10am. Look for the Surfrider tent down by the East End Bath House.
